Situated on the first floor, the apartment features a spacious living room with a sofa bed (please note: the sofa bed will not be prepared upon your arrival, as we believe it is appropriate for you to use the sofa when you are not sleeping; bed linen, pillows, and blankets can be found in the cupboard/shelf near the sofa) and elegant wood finishes. Large French doors flood the room with light and open directly onto the lake-view terrace, where you can immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquility of the stunning landscape. The kitchen, separate from the living area, is fully equipped with all appliances and a convenient peninsula with two seats, ideal for cooking or enjoying a quick snack. There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a single bed, both with direct lake views. The spacious and well-appointed bathroom has two sinks and a modern walk-in shower. From the garden surrounding the house, there is direct access to the lake. High-quality bed linen, towels, and toiletries are provided. We also leave a welcome basket with breakfast essentials. Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity within the apartment is forbidden.
