For your vacation in beautiful Lugano, this home is the elegant and perfect solution for families, groups of friends, or colleagues on business trips. This spacious three-room apartment is located in a strategic area, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and all amenities, and just a 5-minute walk from Lugano Lido and the Centro Esposizioni exhibition center.

Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by the living room, tastefully furnished with refined accessories, such as the original sideboard that exudes a touch of charm. Here, you will spend pleasant moments in company, chatting, or reading a book on the two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. Next to it, the dining table comfortably seats up to 8 people.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with all the appliances and essentials for preparing lunches and dinners like at home, or for enjoying an aperitif or breakfast on the terrace. Equipped with a table and four chairs, it's perfect for pleasant outdoor moments during the summer, an ideal place to enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and a glimpse of Lake Lugano.

The three bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people and offer a variety of accommodation options: a standard double bedroom, a second double bedroom with a king-size bed, and a third bedroom with a single bed and an additional space with a single sofa bed (note: the sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we consider it appropriate for you to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linens, pillows, and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa). The apartment has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The apartment has a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

High-quality bed linens, towels, and a toiletry kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some essentials for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a private parking space in the shared garage.

An email with instructions (including step-by-step instructions) for independent access to the apartment will be sent to you after successful online registration. Lugano is a well-serviced city where you can enjoy a lively atmosphere with shops, restaurants, and stores for all your needs. Those who enjoy the nightlife will also find numerous nightclubs, such as Seven, a renowned club opposite Parco Ciani. In the center of Lugano, you can admire the large Piazza Riforma, home to the town hall, the characteristic Via Nassa with its luxury shops, the spectacular lakeside promenade with its elegant swans strolling along the pedestrian zone, the large botanical park "Parco Ciani," where you can admire various flowers and take wonderful photos by the lake, and much more. Furthermore, a walk along the entire Via Nassa leads directly to the large LAC Theater and Museum, where you can enjoy various shows and exhibitions.

How to get to the accommodation:

By car: After the Lugano Sud motorway exit, take Via Riva Antonio Caccia and Riva Vincenzo Vela. After about 9 minutes, you will reach Viale Castagnola. From there, turn onto Via delle Scuole to reach your apartment.

By public transport: After arriving at Lugano train station, take bus no. 2 toward "Castagnola, Capolinea" for 7 stops (approximately 10 minutes) and get off at the "Cassarate, Lanchetta" stop. From here, the apartment is a 2-minute walk away.
