This is a beautiful apartment where wood is the dominant material. Indeed, the wooden ceiling and the large attic create a very warm and cozy atmosphere. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, as it features a bedroom with a large double bed adjoining the bright living room, and another double bed on the distinctive wooden mezzanine. The kitchen, separate from the living room, is well-equipped with an oven, an induction cooktop, a large extractor hood, and a spacious sink. The solid wood table in the kitchen provides a comfortable space for meals or lunch, and it also offers a modern washing machine for laundry. The apartment has a newly renovated, modern bathroom with a toilet, sink, and a very large shower with a rain shower head.

High-quality bed linens, towels, and a toiletries kit are provided. We will also leave a welcome basket with some essentials for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartment.

The apartment has a reserved, covered outdoor parking space just a few minutes away. (Maximum dimensions: L: 3.90 m, W: 2.00 m, H: 2.50 m)

Location: Thanks to the nearby train station, the apartment is very well connected to public transportation, including buses and trains, allowing you to quickly reach surrounding towns such as Ascona and Locarno. Crossing the bridge between Ascona and Solduno, you will find shops such as the large Manor department store, restaurants, and pharmacies within easy walking distance. Since the apartment is located in a suburb, the surroundings are very quiet and surrounded by greenery. If you want to be closer to home, you can find small restaurants within a 2-minute walk. We recommend a visit to Ascona, which is a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute drive away. There you can admire a large part of Lake Maggiore with a magnificent lakeside promenade full of bars where you can enjoy aperitifs, lunch, and dinner. Locarno, with its Piazza Grande full of shops, also boasts an incredible lakeside promenade perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking lake scenery.
