A pleasant surprise for those who want to maintain their active lifestyle even when away from home. This spacious studio is more than just a place to live; it's an oasis of relaxation. The living room is divided into two distinct areas: the sleeping area with two single beds and the living area, furnished with a large, comfortable sofa. The kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer), offers a cozy setting with a dining table for four, ideal for convivial dinners. The very modern bathroom has a spacious shower, providing comfort and convenience, perhaps after an intense workout. On the balcony, furnished with a small table and two chairs, you can enjoy a quiet coffee or the spectacular sunset in the evening, or stretch outdoors.

High-quality bed linens, towels, and a courtesy set are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some essentials for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartment.

While private parking is not included, there are plenty of public parking spaces nearby.

Nearby: Staying at PARADISO SMALL APARTMENT, you are just a few minutes' walk from the center of Paradiso. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Migros supermarket, the famous Münger pastry shop for an excellent breakfast, the excellent Neapolitan pizzeria Verace, and the lake promenade, which connects Paradiso to the center of Lugano in just 15 minutes. Paradiso also has a lakeside pier, from which, weather permitting, you can quickly reach the seaside resorts of Lugano, Gandria, Melide, Morcote, Porto Ceresio, Ponte Tresa, and Porlezza by boat. Paradiso train station, just 160 meters from the apartment, is convenient for those who want to reach Lugano by public transport.

How to reach the accommodation: By car: After the "Lugano Sud" motorway exit, head southwest and take the right lane to the "Carona-Paradiso" exit. Then turn right and take Via "La Sguancia," which becomes Via Calprino after 250 meters. After a few meters, turn left down "Via Carona" and you will find your destination on the right. From the motorway exit, it is about a minute to the apartment. By train: To reach the apartment you do not have to arrive at Lugano station, but you can get off at Paradiso station, as Paradiso has its own train station, which is 160 mt from the apartment, i.e. a 2-minute walk.
