A 180-degree view of the gulf of Lugano and a glimpse of the beautiful fountain of Paradise: PARADISO TERRESTRE is the perfect place for a couple's getaway, but also for business travelers looking to relax after a long day at work.

The large and bright living room is furnished with a large french sofa bed (please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we consider it appropriate for you to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linens, pillows, and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa), where you can chat with friends, read a book, and watch a good movie on the flat-screen TV. It also features a glass table for 4 people, located in front of the fully equipped kitchen, with a window overlooking the dining area for serving meals. The apartment is framed by a large terrace from which you can enjoy the magnificent panorama of the lake. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and a desk for working and studying in complete privacy. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a closet.

High-quality bed linens, towels, and a courtesy set are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some essentials for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi is available. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartment.

The apartment has a reserved parking space in the residential garage. (Maximum dimensions: L: 5.30m, W: 2.60m, H: 2.05m)

Access: Please note that you will enter the apartment via self-check-in. An email with instructions (including step-by-step instructions) for independent access to the apartment will be sent to you after successful confirmation of your reservation. The Lido Riva Caccia is a 4-minute drive away. The Paradise Panoramic Park, from which you can admire the gulf of Lugano, is just a 3-minute walk away. The historic center of the city is a 10-minute walk away by public transport, and a 30-minute walk along the beautiful lakeside. The LAC Museum is a 5-minute drive away.

How to get there: If you're arriving by car, take the A2 Lugano Sud exit and follow your GPS directions. The apartment is a 5-minute walk away.
