This apartment is a charming one-bedroom apartment located in the picturesque village of Ruvigliana, offering enchanting views of Lake Lugano. It features modern and practical furnishings, designed to offer guests comfort and functionality.

The apartment welcomes guests in a bright and elegant setting. The living room is furnished with a round dining table for 4 people, ideal for convivial dinners. Next to it, a comfortable sofa invites you to relax and serves as a double bed for additional guests. (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we believe it is appropriate for you to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find bed linens, pillows, and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.)

The separate kitchen is fully equipped and includes all the appliances (dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, toaster, and refrigerator) you need to prepare lunch and dinner just like at home.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a closet for storing your clothes. The window overlooks the small balcony, which offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape and allows natural light to gently enter the room, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing awakening.

The modern and functional bathroom has a spacious shower to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. High-quality bed linens, towels, and a courtesy set are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some essentials for your first breakfast. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartment. Although there is no private parking, there are public parking spaces a few meters from the apartment, available for a fee or with a time zone disc.

An email with instructions (including step-by-step instructions) for independent access to the apartment will be sent to you after successful online registration. If necessary, our customer service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. by phone, email, or WhatsApp.

In the surrounding area:

Ruvigliana is a charming hamlet in the hills surrounding Lugano, offering plenty of sunshine and magnificent views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Ciani Park and Lugano Lido, with its indoor pool, summer outdoor pool, lakeside beach, and tennis courts, are just a 6-minute drive away; Lugano's historic center is 10 minutes away. The picturesque village of Gandria can be reached in 7 minutes by car or on foot from Castagnola (5 minutes by car) along the beautiful "Sentiero degli Ulivi". The summit of Mont Bré can be reached in 10 minutes by car, or for those who enjoy walking, in 50 minutes along one of the hiking trails.

How to reach the accommodation:

If you are arriving by car, take the "Lugano Nord" exit from the A2 motorway and follow the GPS directions. You will reach the apartment in 15 minutes. It does not have private parking, but you can park in the public parking spaces near the building. There are two public parking lots: one at the first bend in the road leading to Ruvigliana, with parking spaces with hourly parking discs, and one after the second bend, with paid public parking.

If you're arriving by train, take bus no. 461 (towards Villa Luganese) from Lugano train station for 7 stops (approximately 12 minutes) and get off at the "Viganello, San Siro" stop. From there, take bus no. 10 (towards Castagnola Capolinea) for 5 stops (5 minutes) and get off at the "Ruvigliana, former clinic" stop. Walk for approximately 4 minutes to reach the building.
